Franz Welz Czech art glass vase, early 20th century vintage Bohemian glass

Early 1900s vintage Czech glass vase, probably Welz, not marked or signed. I love the deep wine red color against the white of the cased glass. It's in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or roughness. Measures 4 1/4" tall.
