Germany antique china vase or toothbrush holder, full blown roses Victorian vintage

Turn of the century vintage Germany porcelain vase or toothbrush vase, about 4 1/4" tall. This would be lovely for a desk or vanity, or a bedside table. It's in very nice condition, no chips, design looks good without wear.
