Hallmark Wizard or Oz magic motion 'ornament' with Dorothy, and witches good and bad! This works, and is in nice shape in original box - box is a little worn.
I have no idea why this is called a Christmas decoration on the box, there's nothing Christmas about it. It's cute and fun, all year round.
