Homco vintage hobnail glass votive candle holder, blue mist satin frosted glass

Beautiful blue color frosted glass candle holder (two pieces, a peg bottom 'cup' and saucer). This isn't marked, but I believe it's vintage Homeco - Home Interiors. Nice and clean without chips, but this does have a few finish marks which look like makers flaws.
