Let Us Have Peace President US Grant memorial plate vintage ice blue pressed glass antique reproduction?

1880s EAPG pattern plate, Ulysses S Grant memorial piece with the motto Let Us Have Peace. It's 10 1/2" across the rim of the plate.

I don't know if this is an actual antique piece, or a 20th century reproduction? It's in very nice condition, no chips or roughness at the sawtooth border.
