MCM vintage Barbini Murano glass paperweight, aqua sommerso glass apple w/ gold

Unsigned Murano glass apple, aqua and clear glass with sparkly gold flecks in the leaf and stem. This has a cleft like a peach, but I think it must be an apple, the shape is all wrong for a stone fruit.

It's about 3 1/4" diameter overall. Condition is excellent, no serious scratching on the bottom, no damage. This looks like a mid-century vintage Barbini piece to me.
