MCM vintage Japan chickens print metal kitchen memo board grocery list note holder

Cute chickens print metal litho note holder, Ohio Art style, made in Japan. This is 1950s vintage, with old roll of paper very browned from age. Pencil and chain look pretty rough too, but overall the piece itself looks good although yellowed.
