MCM vintage barware, tiny tongs for serving ice cubes, ice bucket accessory

Tiny tongs for ice cubes, hammered look metal (nickel plated? maybe chrome?). These are mid century vintage, no makers marks that I could see. Condition is very good, gently used without spotting or noticeable wear. They're about 7" long end to end.
