MCM vintage deep teal blue art glass candy dish, hand blown Italian twist stem pedestal bowl

I love the deep teal blue color on this small art glass dish. It's a tazza or bonbon, but it would be great to hold a small plant, or flowers or trinkets too.

Measures about 5 1/2" across the bowl, about 5" tall overall. No label or signature, though this looks like 1960s or 70s vintage Empoli glass to me. It's in excellent condition without damage or wear.
