Matrix Glidden pottery square plate, turquoise tan speckle glaze mid-century mod vintage

Mid-century vintage Glidden pottery plate, mod square shape about 8 1/2" x 8 1/2". I love the color of this glaze, sort of a birds egg blue brown speckled. I believe this color is called turquoise, it looks more aqua to me.

This is nice and glossy, in very good condition without finish wear. No chips or cracks, light soil to the unglazed bottom of the plate.
