Norway resin figurine, Lucia queen girl w/ candles crown wreath & holiday saffron buns

Candy designs - made in Norway figurine, St Lucia's Day girl in the traditional crown of candles, holding the Lucia buns. This is a large figurine, almost 10" tall.

It's a resin type material, probably 1980s or 90s vintage, I think. This has two very small chips (one at the wreath crown, one at the napkin lining the basket). No repairs, face and candles look good and the chips barely show.
