O'Keane pottery, hand painted blue iris flower stoneware bottle vase or lamp base

Handcrafted stoneware pottery piece, stamped O'Keane pottery on the bottom.

This is a bottle shape about 3 1/2" across the base x 5 1/2" tall. It's in very good condition and interior is clean, doesn't appear to have been used.

I can't seem to track down this particular shape or painted design at all - not sure if it's a lamp base or a flower vase.
