Penland pewter vintage serving tray, hand crafted Arts & Crafts design w/ tarnished patina

Arts and Crafts vintage pewter tray, handmade, signed Penland Pewter on the back. This is tarnished with a beautiful dull color, we haven't polished it. It's 15 3/4" across the handles, about 12" x 7" over the tray area.
