Vintage Pier 1 teapot with cream and sugar, hand painted Dolomite (Italian style earthenware ceramic), made in China. Pretty aqua blue and creamy white, nice and bright and glossy. The whole set looks very good, just one little chip to the bottom of the foot on the tea pot.
