Pottery Barn all cotton (with cotton fill) comforter / bedspread, a creamy white with barn red woven stripe, heavy homespun style woven fabric.

This is classic country style, whether it's coastal Americana or French country farmhouse or anything and everything in between! The striping has a sort of a vintage ticking look.

This measures 104" x 86", a king size (would be nice on a queen bed with a thick mattress, too). It's been used and has yellowing at the edges all around, and a few water spots. No fabric wear, no fading, no smells - a good soak would probably clean this right up.
