Quantity Food Service Recipes cookbook, diner or community dinner, church supper, large gatherings

Lots of midwestern favorite recipes scaled for large quantities in this cook book. Some of this stuff is pretty basic, but it's great to have an idea as to how much of everything you'll need to cook to serve 50 people! This is nice and clean, doesn't look as though it was ever used in the kitchen.
