Quoizel vintage hurricane chimney lamp w/ painted milk glass shade & lighted lamp base

60s or 70s vintage electric lamp with painted milk glass lamp base and shade, an Abigail Adams style Quoizel lamp?

The shade is about 9" in diameter x 22" tall overall. It's all in very good condition, and the base does light up - very pretty!
