Silver plate candlesticks, 1896-1921

Pair of silver plated candlesticks, engraved for an anniversary present 1896 - 1921, S monogram. These are marked Manning, we think? can't make out most of the mark! These are 8 1/2" tall, tarnished, some wear to the plate.
