Soviet era USSR Russian carved wood doll figurine vintage Pippi Longstocking

Little hand painted wooden doll from the USSR, 1980s vintage. Pipi is painted on her apron - I think this is Pippi Longstocking, just look at her mismatched socks and her red hair! She's 5 1/2" tall, in very good condition.
