St Catherine's Court Jane Seymour Victorian paper snips glass paperweight made in France

Jane Seymour - St Catherine's Court glass paperweight with Victorian style paper snips at the bottom, so pretty. The glass 'bubble' dome is heavy solid glass, made in France. It's about 3 1/2" in diameter. It's in excellent condition without wear or damage.
