Tonala pottery dove, hand painted Mexican folk art bird figurine, vintage souvenir

Vintage Tonala Mexico pottery dove (or hen chicken?), about 6 1/4" long. I don't think I've ever seen a Tonala chicken before, but this does look like it has a comb on its head, which isn't really right for a dove.
