Towle silver plate snowman ice bucket 1990s vintage Christmas tableware

Vintage 1997 Towle silver plated ice bucket, a snowman with shovel shaped ice tongs. So cute!

He's about 10" tall overall, in good condition (though tarnished). Original box is somewhat worn.
