US Zone Germany 1940s post war vintage soup ladle WWII historical reenactor camp cookware

Very worn old cast aluminum ladle or dipper marked Germany US Zone, made shortly after WWII. This actually looks like it's been through a war, but I think it's just had a hard life in a farm kitchen!
