Victorian antique Moorish style scroll silver plate cream pitcher & sugar bowl set

1880s or 1890s vintage Forbes Silver Co silver plated cream and sugar with allover scrolling (sort of a paisley look) design, lovely, very ornate. This set has tarnish and / or wear to the silver, the color is very dark, a dull gray. I'd expect these would look very different after polishing!
