Victorian antique cast iron hand fluter, rocking clothes iron for pressing ruffles, 1860s vintage

Antique Geneva fluting iron with 1866 patent date beautifully marked. This is very clean overall, I believe very usable yet. The bottom is a plate like a sadiron, with a top face made to fit with the rocker to iron ruffles etc.. Both pieces are cast iron, nice and heavy.
