Victorian antique silver plate brides basket, pedestal tray for cake stand or candy dish

Victorian vintage bright cut silver plated bride's basket with a pattern of birds and foliage, aesthetic period, late 1800s.

It's 10" across the rim, 8" across the bowl, 7 1/2" tall to the top of the dish (with the handle down).

Condition is not perfect, though really not terrible for a piece of this age, about 150 years old. There's tarnish and some silver wear, and scratching to the underside of the bowl. Shape is slightly out, I did not attempt to straighten it at all.
