Vintage Dru blue enamel cast iron casserole pan/dish with dutch tulips, Holland

Vintage 1 quart size blue enamel covered casserole with dutch tulips. This is marked "Dru - Made in Holland" and is heavy porcelain enamel over cast iron (like Le Creuset pots and pans). It measures about 7 1/2" long, 5 1/8" across and 2 7/8" deep on the inside of the pan. It is 9 1/2" long over the handles and 5" high over the handle on the lid.

This has some spots and wear from use and an area of enamel loss (about 1 1/2" x 1/2") on the outside of the lip of the dish (that is a streak in the enamel, not a crack on the underside).
