Vintage china miniatures, whimsy dog figurines cocker spaniel Disney Lady & the Tramp

Pair of tiny ceramic figurines - these little dogs look like Disney's Lady and the Tramp to me. It looks as though they were originally glued to a paper card, maybe they're Hagen Renaker? Both are in very good condition without damage.
