Antique EAPG or vintage reproduction Actress pattern spooner, 5 1/2" tall overall. There's no damage or wear to the piece at all, which is why we question its origins - but it might well be genuinely antique, and in very good shape for its age! Whichever, it's an uncommon and very interesting piece.
