antique early industrial vintage iron adjustable work light stand

Old adjustable stand for an early work light or perhaps an electric fan head. This base has and ornate cast iron paw foot base.

The adjustable mounting head measures 3 5/8" x 4 1/2" and it tilts from horizontal to vertical. The height is also adjustable from about 37 1/2" high to about 59" high. The ornate base is about 13 1/2" across the feet.

This has old paint as well as some soil and rust.
