more photos of this product below1930's bedside table General Electric alarm clock. This electric clock has a wood body and the original paper label. The electric cord is in good shape. We've plugged this clock in and it runs well and the alarm bell works. This clock still has the original paper label on the underside of the base. It is marked as model 7H188 and is rated for 115 volts / 60 cycles and 2 watts. The label carries US patent numbers from 1935.
This original period 30s clock measures about 7 1/2" wide and 5 1/2" high over the wood body and 6 1/4" x 4" over the clock face. There is a gold tone metal rim around the square clock face crystal. This has some wear and scuffs & scrapes to the wood and is missing a screw in the back and three of the felt feet on the bottom of the base.
