1940s or 1950s vintage machine age stand for a flag pole or staff. It is heavy cast iron with an aluminum outer shell. The stand is marked - A-1 Annin & Company - New York City Verona New Jersey -.

This stand measures about 11.5" across and 5.5" high. The center bore of the stand is made for a 1" flag pole. There is some scratches and minor dents to the aluminum shell.
