large old Armstrong bridge builder or engineer's wrench 90deg angled head

Large old double open-end angle wrench made by Armstrong Tool Co. One It is marked for 1-13/16" and 1-5/8". The 1-13/16" wrench head offset at 90 deg. with the wench body.

The jaws of this wrench seem to have been altered at some time. The end marked 1-13/16 seemed to have been opened to about 1-7/8" and the end marked 1-5/8" has been opened up to about 1-3/4". There is also some weld splatter on the 1-5/8" jaws. This has light rust and a patina of age.
