antique 1800s vintage wool tablecloth, turkey red William Morris style print

1800s vintage print wool tablecover, for parlor table or game table. We love this beautiful rich red print, it's classically art nouveau, like a William Morris design.

This is woven wool, slightly felted with a soft fuzzy texture. It's about 46" x 50" overall... you could easily use this as a throw, a piano cover, or even a shawl.

We found a few moth holes and some light soil marks. There's a little fading, mostly at the borders. Overall, this is amazingly nice for a woolen cloth around 150 years old!
