antique 1890s silver plate spoons, gilded age gothic ornate Tuxedo pattern Rogers & Bro

1890s vintage 'Tuxedo' pattern silverplated flatware, Rogers & Bro A1 mark. It's a set of six quite large tablespoons, sized like serving spoons.

These spoons have the most fabulously patterned handles, though the spoons themselves look as though they've spent a lifetime digging ditches!

They're worn and scratched and have serious plate wear (as do the handles to a somewhat lesser extent). They'd work fine for all sorts of upcycling projects, but they're really too rough for table use.
