antique German bisque china figurine Easter egg w/ baby chick girl holding garland

Dep mark turn of the century vintage German bisque porcelain figurine with Easter egg and a girl holding a garland.

This looks as though it was intended to hold something in the curve of the garland, but I can’t think what would fit there without hiding most of the detailed design of this piece?

It's a lovely thing in excellent condition, and seasonal / holiday designs of these old bisque pieces are very hard to find - so I was delighted to find this one. Girl stands about 4 1/2" tall. She looks a little like Alice in Wonderland to me!
