antique Haviland china plates & tea cups w/ deep bowl saucers, art nouveau style grasses flowers aqua & gold
more photos of this product belowLate 1800s vintage porcelain plates, cups and saucers for four with a lovely naturalistic design, grasses and wildflowers in aqua blue and gold. No marks on any of these pieces, but I believe they're Haviland, Limoges France.
The plates are salad or dessert (tea reception) size, 7 1/2" in diameter. I love the deep saucers, very Victorian! And the colors are so pretty against the pure white china, it's almost a Tiffany blue shade, very elegant with the gold.
These have been used, and the plates have a few marks or scratches, a few spots of light wear. One saucer has a chip (see photos) but cups and saucers are all nice and clean without staining. Not bad at all, this set is about 150 years old.
