antique Limoges China, flow blue border w/ rose pink floral, American or French?

Shabby but lovely old flow blue bordered china, marked only 'Limoges China'. We'd guess this is American Limoges, vintage earthenware rather than porcelain... but we haven't been able to find out anything at all about this pattern.

It's a set for six of 5 1/4" fruit bowls, six 6 1/2" bread and butter plates. The pink floral center we'd describe as a rose mallow or hollyhock?

Every one of these pieces has crazing, and many pieces have a little browning or staining as well. One of the bowls has a small chip.
