antique Nippon porcelain tray, hand painted serving platter or perfume jewelry tray for vanity table

1920s vintage hand painted Nippon china tray, beautiful delicate painted design somewhat worn from age and use, though no chips or cracks to the porcelain. There's some soil marks and light scratching to the bottom of the tray, which might have has a felt on it originally?

I believe this was probably a serving tray but I think it would make a fine vanity tray to hold bottles or jars or jewelry or even a cup of tea. Measures 11 1/2" long overall.
