Very lovely and unusual aesthetic arts and crafts silver plated basket, in need of a little restoration work.

The silver plate is very worn, with dull pewter colored base metal visible over much of the piece. And although the elaborate figural details look complete, the dish itself and basket handle are bent, and out of round.

We love the fox and birds and lady busts design, and have never seen a piece like this before. We couldn't find any visible makers marks.

It measures 10" in diameter across the rim, 7" tall to the top of the plate, about 14" tall to the top of the handle when upright.
