antique Victorian vintage bright cut silver pocket flask or snuff bottle

Late 1800s or very early 1900s vintage silver plated flask or snuff bottle with cut floral pattern and oddly engraved monograms (letters are spaced apart and face in different directions - possibly this was a family heirloom with additional engraving added for the person who later carried this piece?).

I could find no makers marks or hallmarks at all, which seems strange so maybe I've just missed them. The silver is tarnished, and shows some wear. Cap fits snugly and turns smoothly.
