antique Villeroy & Boch German majolica pottery plate w/ reticulated border

Beautiful old German majolica plate, turn of the century vintage. This is stamped with a '7', no other markings - though it's a known Villeroy and Boch design.

We love the open work slotted border, so very few of these reticulated pieces survived over the years! This has one old chip to the border, and glaze chipping and wear everywhere. Measures about 8" overall diameter.
