antique advertising plate, circa 1900 souvenir of Randolph Wisconsin w/ vintage floral

Antique souvenir of Randolph, Wisconsin. This pretty plate is turn of the century vintage, with Victorian style roses and lily of the valley flowers. It's about 9 1/4" in diameter.

The back has an American Limoges mark - it's just earthenware china, NOT porcelain, and certainly not French! This has a lot of crazing, and some spots.
