Unusual old brass table top or footlights to throw up a glow of light on a wall (something like a wall sconce though not architectural wall mount lights).

We love how these are shaped like fireplace andirons, to light up a fireplace area. The photos do a better job describing this than I am, sorry!

These are 30s or 40s vintage, somewhat tarnished and spotted from time. A good cleaning and polishing would help a lot.

They appear to have had a few alterations made to the sockets and switches over time - each socket is different, and only one of the lights has the switch remaining on the base. You'll probably want to rewire these!
