antique vintage brass with iron fittings grease pump made by Chapman Products. This was made to lubricate large industrial or agricultural machinery.

It measures about 16" long, 8" long and 1 3/4" across the over the brass body. It has tarnish to the brass and soil from years on a farm workshop shelf.
