antique cake stand, plain elegant salver w/ scalloped edge, 1880s vintage

Beautifully simple plain glass cake stand, probably made for the hotel / tea room trade, Hobbs, Brockunier and Company, 1880s. This measures about 6 1/2" tall,  7 3/4" across the plate.

It has a little light scratching and a few utensil marks, but no chips or cracks - not bad for a piece well over 100 years old!
