antique child's plate, boy & dog w/ toys, 1890s vintage nursery dish for baby

Unmarked (probably Germany) china nursery plate, much loved and worn, so sweet. This measures about 6" in diameter, a very small plate for a small child. This is 1890s at my best guess, judging from the playthings and the clothes on the little boy.

It's interesting to see the difference between 1890s and the 1990s (1990s being the 'newest' things I consider to be vintage) and how much life changed in that slim 100 years. I think the only thing that stayed the same is the love children have for their pets.
