antique china plate, girl w/ blonde ringlets portrait late Victorian period vintage

Unmarked antique china plate (late 1800s vintage) with a lady's portrait. I don't know this picture, and don't recognize the lady - but it's pretty piece, and very Victorian! Plate is 10 1/2" across the handles. Shows some age and wear as you'd expect but has no chips or cracks.
