antique cloth body French doll, Lenci type Gre Poir girl in cotton dress, made in France label

1920s or 30s vintage cloth doll with hand painted face, cotton body and cotton clothes with lace apron and even a tiny necklace made from a sequin. I believe her hair is mohair wool. She's about 11 1/2" tall.

The label on her skirt is marked Made in France, I saw no other markings but I didn't mess with her clothes or hair. I was told this is a Gre-Poir doll, from the estate of a doll collector. I fell in love with her soulful expression (so French!) and her traditional clothing and tiny cloth shoes.

She's nice and clean, and shows no brittleness. Her skirt is a little wrinkled, but no fading or discoloration to the doll or her clothes.
