antique crank wrench w/ gear drive offset, early auto model T vintage lug wrench

Antique crank wrench with gear train drive offset head. This measures about 17" long and the drive head is offset by about 3 1/8" (rotation center to rotation center) and 4 3/4" wide overall. The 6 point driven socket is about 11/16th across the flats.

We don't think that this is a torque multiplier, but is a simple offset. We didn't see a maker's name and we were told this is probably a lug wrench.
